The Community Consultation Center (CCC) mental health clinic operates on the belief that work is essential to one's sense of self-fulfillment. CCC offers two unique employment preparation programs:  A pre-vocational work readiness program for individuals attending our continuing day treatment program, and the Unlimited Computer Training Program for both clinic participants and other eligible individuals referred by the NYS Office of Vocational and Rehabilitation Services for Individuals with Disabilities (VESID).

Assisted Competitive Employment (ACE)

ACE begins with assessments of work skills and interests, functional capacities and everyday living skills. Services provided include formulation of an Individualized Plan for Employment, behavioral work training groups, interpersonal skill development, job search assistance and job support.

Unlimited Computer Training Program

The Unlimited Computer Training Program is available to both CCC clinic participants and other eligible individuals referred by the New York State Office of Vocational and Rehabilitation Services for individuals with disabilities. The program is designed for individuals who demonstrate an interest, potential and ability to complete a three-to-four-month training program in Microsoft Office 2007 that includes volunteer internships and employment preparation groups. Also in that time, students develop a resume, participate in practice interviews, learn job-seeking skills and clarify work values and preferences.
