SUBWAY
Take the F train to East Broadway and walk east on East Broadway to Montgomery Street. On Montgomery, turn right and walk two blocks south to Madison Street. Turn left on Madison and walk 1 ? blocks.

BUS
Take the M22 to corner of Madison Street and Gouverneur Slip. Walk east on Madison for half a block.

Take the M15 to the Madison/Pike Street stop. Walk east on Madison for approximately 10 minutes.

Take the M14 to the Grand/Montgomery Street stop. Walk south two blocks to Madison Street. Turn left (east) on Madison Street and proceed 1 ?  blocks. 

CAR OR CAB
Take the FDR Drive southbound and exit at Grand Street. Continue until the first stoplight, which is Madison Street, and turn left. On FDR Drive northbound, exit at Houston Street. Make a U-turn into the service lane and proceed south in the service lane to Grand Street. Turn at Grand Street and continue until the first stoplight, which is Madison Street. Turn left.
