Never an agency to remain static, Henry Street has ventured into an exciting new territory: economic development. In order to help sustain both the community and the Settlement's services, Henry Street realizes that it must promote economic opportunities on the Lower East Side.

The Unlimited Boutique |

| Henry Street Settlement's Community Consultation Center (CCC) runs The Unlimited Boutique. Located at 40 Montgomery Street, The Unlimited is a high-tech, stylish boutique that offers a pleasant and inviting shopping experience. It sells off-price brand designer apparel and accessories for women, men and children, and gift items imported from such places as Kenya, Russia and India. CCC clients may enter The Unlimited vocational training program and are individuals who, while in need of supportive psychiatric services, are ready to begin the transition into preparing for employment. |

Abrons Arts Center Space |

| The architectural award-winning Abrons Arts Center houses an amphitheater, a recital hall, a sculpture garden, a fully equipped ceramics studio, classrooms, practice, artist and dance studios, workshop spaces, two gallery spaces, rehearsal spaces, a piano laboratory, an experimental blackbox theater and the 350-seat registered National Historic Landmark Harry De Jur Playhouse (formerly the Neighborhood Playhouse). All spaces are available to rent. |
