The Henry Street Settlement offers two comprehensive, cost-effective and accessible health insurance programs: Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus.

Child Health Plus |
 | In January of 2000, the Children's Aid Society entrusted Henry Street Settlement with the ability to offer the Child Health Plus health insurance program. The program's goal is to make sure children with no health insurance have access to primary health care regardless of their immigration status for free or for a small fee.
To be eligible for Child Health Plus, the child must:
- Be a resident of New York State
- Be under the age of nineteen
- Not be eligible for Medicaid
- Not have equivalent health care coverage

Family Health Plus |
 | In early 2002, Henry Street Settlement started offering a new health insurance program called Family Health Plus. The program provides free health insurance to adults who are New York State residents between the ages of nineteen and sixty-five.
To be eligible for Family Health Plus, the individual must:
- Be a resident of New York State
- Be between the ages of nineteen and sixty-five
- Be a United States citizen or "qualified immigrant"
- Not be eligible for Medicaid
- Meet the income eligibility levels
- Not have equivalent health insurance
