The Community Consultation Center (CCC) operates the on-site medical services center Health UnLimited. Licensed by the New York State Department of Health, the center provides full primary health care services to current Day Treatment Program participants and their families, including:

• Preventative well adult care (ages 18 through geriatrics)
• Preventative well child care (newborn through Age 18)
• Immunizations for adults and children
• Women's health including routine GYN/PAP tests, breast exams, and family planning
• STD screening and HIV testing 
• Acute and chronic disease management
• In-office EKGs, blood work, urine analysis, glucouse testing
• Nutritional and smoking cessation counseling
• Patient workshops on a wide range of wellness and health related topics

The addition of a medical health care component is a natural evolution of services for the CCC, which has historically applied a holistic approach to rehabilitation for individuals coping with mental illness. The full-time, bi-lingual medical staff works in close collaboration with CCC social workers and mental health professionals, as well as an occupational therapist and vocational rehabilitation specialist, enabling the center to provide integrated care that sustains a participant through the recovery process.
