The Workforce Development Center offers employment services. All of our activities are designed to provide community members with opportunities to improve skills, focusing on employment as a goal. We give clients the resources and tools they need to assist them in finding and keeping a job.
From the first day a client joins our program, we start helping to find a job, begin a more advanced training program, or enroll in classes. We continue working with the client until he or she finds a job. The length of the program depends on the participant. Interested job seekers should visit the Workforce Development Center to complete an application and receive an invitation to our weekly orientations.
Participants who complete our Job Readiness Training or ESL Job Training work with a professional staff of employment counselors and job developers to seek and retain meaningful employment.
