CONNECT (Continuous Engagement between Community and Clinic Treatment) serves adult communities with mental health care, help finding housing, and employment support in a flexible model that meets clients where they are.

All groups take place at the Community Consultation Center (40 Montgomery Street, Manhattan). Open to all New Yorkers age 18+. No insurance needed.
