Welcome to CONNECT
CONNECT (Continuous Engagement between Community and Clinic Treatment) serves adults, providing mental health care, social support, and help finding housing and employment support in a flexible model that meets clients where they are.
In addition to providing individual counseling—either in our offices or in other locations convenient for you–CONNECT runs more than 20 support groups, on subjects ranging from anger management to substance recovery support to creative arts.
CONNECT welcomes criminal-justice involved individuals and those who are homeless.

How to Join a Group
Walk-In Hours: Tuesday – Thursday: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
All groups take place at the Community Consultation Center (40 Montgomery Street, Manhattan). Open to all New Yorkers age 18+. No insurance needed.
