Health Insurance Open Enrollment

The Neighborhood Center offers screenings for entitlement benefits, financial, health, legal, employment and family needs. The Neighborhood Center also provides Food Stamp enrollment. The staff service coordinators advocate on a client’s behalf when necessary and help them to negotiate bureaucracies. Call for an appointment.
The Neighborhood Center, in conjunction with Legal Services for New York City (LSNY), provides free legal assistance for low-income individuals and families. Call for an appointment.
Though our Financial Clinic, the Neighborhood Center also offers free budget and credit counseling services. Call for an appointment.
Henry Street Settlement’s Health Insurance Enrollment program assesses eligibility for enrollment into New York State’s affordable health insurance plans: Child Health Plus, Medicaid, Medicaid Plus or a private Qualified Health Plans (QHPs).
