A Festive Fir Tree Fête

Seniors from the Henry Street Senior Center had a rollicking start to the holiday season with the annual party hosted by Fir Tree Partners, a New York based private investment firm and continued generous supporter of the Settlement.
The partygoing seniors were treated to a delicious three-course dinner and specialty seasonal “mocktails.” The evening included a popular photo booth and live entertainment by dancers from HB Productions as well as music from DJ Mambo, who kept the dance floor packed with both seniors and Fir Tree employees.
David Sultan, Managing Partner at Fir Tree Partners, took the stage to kick off the festivities. “This is our favorite time of year. Thank you for partying with us–our firm loves coming here and celebrating with you!”
Janet Fischer, Chief Administrator for Senior Services, also welcomed the crowd and thanked Fir Tree. “If it weren’t for you, we wouldn’t be having this party! You’re giving us energy you’re giving us passion and a reason to have so much fun.”
