Thank you for thinking of Henry Street Settlement, and choosing to make a difference in the lives of the families we serve! Our in-kind donations provide a range of essential goods for our program participants, and help fulfill urgent and emerging needs. Here are some ways that you can contribute:

Coordinate a Drive: Henry Street Settlement is always looking for enthusiastic corporate groups, friend groups, or school groups to collect needed goods for participants in our programs throughout the year. Examples of successful drives our partners have hosted in the past include workwear for jobseekers, new toiletries/hygiene items for asylum-seeking families, menstrual products for girls in our community schools, and canned goods for food pantries at our mental health clinic and shelters. If you are interested in hosting a drive, please contact Volunteer Program Manager Deanna Sorge, dsorge@henrystreet.org, for more information.

Support Henry Street’s Dignity Drive: Henry Street is witnessing an urgent need for essential items across all our programs, from families and individuals in shelter and supportive housing to asylum seekers attending English classes. The Dignity Drive is a mutual aid effort that distributes basic hygiene items and home supplies to those in the Settlement community who need them most. In-Kind Donations: We accept in-kind donations on a case-by-case basis to ensure they align with current program needs. Please inquire with us first before dropping off any donations.
